Sun Irradiance Trappers For Solar PV Module To Operate On Maximum Power: An Experimental Study

In this paper, an experimental investigation carries out on poly-crystalline photovoltaic (PV) system for performance enhancement with the help of a thin acrylic sheet (thickness- 2 mm). There are three types systems used under setup as (i) PV module normal conditions/ without (ii) triangular shape transparent (iii) rectangular sheet. The analysis all has been monitored in terms open-circuit voltage, short circuit current, power, efficiency. Simultaneously, statistical measurement approach sun irradiation constant temperature is carried during single day study. (Triangular shaped sheet) TSTS configuration found superior which provide 22.064 Watt power at 12 am, whereas (Rectangular RSTS 20.4 W same time. provides 1.12A current 1.02A 8.92% better value. 20V voltage 19.8V 1% higher So that maximum output solar panel.
